Is A Delayed Period, Bloating, Tiredness, Sore And Tender Breasts A Pregnancy?
hi my last period was on the 13th of september this is now 5 weeks after last period and still no period i feel sick bloated and tired all the time and have had sore tender breasts for 5 days now iv a son already and felt the same when pregnant with him could i be pregnant i feel it may be to early to take a pregnancy test.

Yes, your history does suggest that you could be pregnant. Now you are having 5 weeks amenorrhoea. So by this time the pregnancy test on urine can give reliable results. Please perform pregnancy test on the overnight first morning urine sample. You will get the reliable result.
Alternatively you may opt for Beta hCG test which is highly specific and sensitive test.
At this stage, even ultrasonography also can give you direct visual evidence of the pregnancy.
