Hi, i do care for your concern.
You can give it for a total of three days and stop using the drug.
This is an antibiotic and hence, full course should be continued, and should not be stopped in between.
It is advisable to give oral rehydration solution and zinc supplement which will add to the help.
Hope the child recovers soon.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
