I am decested father that i can not gett over my mother has severe denentia i have a daughter with a tbi The commbination of akk this aniety it killing mr I have no fun only guilty andworry i have tried xanax yers ago an nr=eed to try them again i take between 2 to 4 mils atoday please help me i am not depressedd alisa

Anxiety is a condition of being unpleasant.
Likely symptoms are fear,uneasiness, panic feeling,insomnia, mouth dryness,cold chills over body,tingling or numbness etc..
Mostly it is temporary and short lasting and subsides automatically without definitive treatment.
Your case could be anxiety or panic etc.
You can take anxiolytic drugs( alprazolam) with other symptomatic drugs but with only prescription of a physician.
So,better you consult physician.
