Is Wolff–Parkinson–White syndrome(WPW),related with chest tightness?

I have WPW. Had an ablation 2 yrs ago. Lately I ve had alot of palpitations and SVT. Diastolic been little higher than my normal of mid 80s to low 90s. Have had chest tightness n pressure for months with low O2 stats n on 2L of O2 at home. Been in n out of ER with a few, overnights for monitoring but they say I m fine. But I just cant get rid of this chest tightness and pressure and cough. They say my lungs sound clear.

Hi welcome to HCM.
Incase of persistent chest tightness and cough post ablation,i advise you to have a 2 dimensional echocardiogram of your heart and coronary angiography to rule out any occult coronary artery disease.Drugs like beta blockers, bronchodilators and antiplatelets can reduce your symptoms to a large extent.Repeat your chest ray after a 3 months coupled with pulmonary function tests.Consult your doctor for further queries.
Thank you.
