Is Viagra Advisable After Having Heart Valve Operation And TURP?

my partner is 73 and taking ramapril, bisoprolol, and now just starting water tablets to reduce water hence being out of breath, and he had a heart valve operation and turp on the prostate, and since the erections are getting difficult and we wondering if he can use viagra, I have tried to perswade him to ask his gp or the heart specialist but he is too shy to, can you help? TY

welcome to hcm,
it is not adviced to take viagra (seldinafil citrate) for persons on anti hypertensive medications like bisoprolol it will reduce the systolic blood bressure and may cause dizziness and fainting.
secondly it is not adviced to take these medications with nitrates
