Is Valprol Cr 200 Mg The Right Medicine For Vertigo?

hello dr.my friend have problem some time ,like after 2,3 months if he taking tension or not sleeping proper .that time vertigo coming and body vibration .then he need to be sleep for 5 or 6 hrs.he is taking valprol cr 200mg.sometimes only ad hadack also some time .there is big problem dr.

As per your query you are wondering if Valprol cr 200 mg the right medicine for vertigo. well vertigo occur due to many reasons like middle ear infection , Meniere's disease.Valprol cr 200 is medicine is usually given to prevent seizures , but in your case the symptoms can be due to infection also . i would suggest you to start with antibiotics, steroids and labyrinthine sedatives for 5 to 7 weeks. you should go for vestibular rehabilitation exercises. You should consult with your ENT specialist and get evaluated. Doctor may order audiometry test and tuning fork test and treat it accordingly. Avoid bending forward and do meditation .
