Is Valance Effective In Treatment Of Seizure In A Child?
hello sir, my 9 year son is suffering from seizure. because of birth time complications (less oxygen supply). he was prescribed to take valance 200 mg syrup when he fainted by seizure for the first time a year back. but when again he caught a seizure attack before a month he is prescribed to take mazetol. 100. i am totally confused. whether valance was good for him or this new tablets will cure him. please guide

I really appreciate your concern, more or less both the drugs are same in action and some both can be given but best would be "Carbamazepine" dose of this drug need to be increase periodically, hope this information helps, take care and have nice day.
