I am supposed to meet with a elderly client tomorrow and she tells me she s been in the hospital with an infection (started with a UTI, then sort of a cold)--she couldn t tell me the name of the bug--but said it had a really long name, and she s still on antibiotics and not allowed to visit her husband in the nursing wing. She said the visiting nurse is no longer masked, gloved. Is it safe for me to visit her for several hours? I am dealing with her paperwork.
