General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your request to use trazodone to treat addiction and concurrent depression and anxiety i am strongly suggesting you should not use it reasons below

Trazodone is an antidepressant used to treat major depressive disorder and has so many side effects of which insomnia and muscle spasm are among which are the symptoms you are exhibiting

In view of this please see a psychiatric specialist for further clinical assessment and possible re-evaluation of your medication

I hope this helps Regards
