Is TSH Level Accurate During Periods?

i checked the tsh level for the very first time and it was 6.49 and doctor gave me levothyroxin for 6 weeks..I had my period in the same day after some hrs.Somewhere i saw that tsh hormone isn't that accurate during mennstrual period...Is that true??????

I really appreciate your concern and looking to history given here I could say that the THS level is the control the thyroid function and this is nothing to take with any other function of body so this is out of question that it goes on variation in menses, this is not true, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
