Is Suphedrine PE Effective For Migraine?
I have been fighting a head cold and very stuffed(going on 4 days now) woke up this morning with a migraine; took an Imitrex at 3:00 am and then some Suphedrine PE at 4:14 am very stuffy; my migraine is still here(about a 4-5); can I take another Imitrex??

You can still take another imitrex (two hours after the first one). But it is necessary to closely monitor your blood pressure, because it can lead to high blood pressure values. I would also recommend using nasal drops as a decongestant, because stuffy nose can trigger migraine.
