Is Strone SR300 Intake Necessary For A Pregnant Woman Travelling By Air?
Hi, I am 18 weeks pregnant now. As I need to go by air travel for 4 hrs, my doctor prescribed me Strone 300 tablet along with iron and calcium tablet which i take usually. What is the use of this tablet? is it necessary to take this as my travel is only for 4 hours?

Your attending doctor might just be giving you prophylaxis for a Deep Venous Thrombosis (DVT).
Pregnancy and prolonged immobility while travelling are risk factors for DVT.
