sir,i am using stalopalm plus since two years regularily one tablet a day at night. can i continue the tablet ror a long time ? i am a diabetic pationt and B.P PATIENT. I AM USING TRIOLEMEGIST TABLET FOR B.P (ONE) AND ONE OR TWO TABLETS GLUFORMIN XL 500 TOR DIABETES.PLEASE SIR,

Yes stalopam (escitalopram) is safe to use long term. It is used to treat anxiety and depression. It is safe in patients with diabetes and hypertension. It is safe with your other medications. Good health to you.
