Siphene is indicated for the treatment of anovulation and infertility due to impaired hypothalamic pituitary function. It is useful in stimulating ovulation, but side effects are possible like ovarian enlargement, lutein cyst rupture, hot flushes, vomiting, breast discomfort, skin reactions, dizziness and hair loss, visual disturbances. Talk to your docotr if any of this occur. Before repeating it you should make sure you are not pregnant.

Gestofit is progesterone tablets, but in my opinion a trans-dermal delivery and a natural form like natural progesterone cream or suppository is a better option. Progesterone is very useful during pregnancy and helps prevent miscarriage.

Having cervical mucus around day 20th could indicate ovulation, but since you are taking fertility drugs this can also affect your cervical mucus production and it would be hard to know for sure unless you are checking for other ovulation signs.

The best time to ovulate is around day 13-15 of the menstrual cycle as this gives enough time for implantation. If you ovulate on day 20, you may have luteal phase defect. This means that your second half of the menstrual cycle is too short to allow embryo implantation. Or your your ovulation is delayed as a result of hormonal imbalance or PCOS.

Talk to your doctor about the potential effects of the medicine you are taking and ask a more detailed diagnosis of your fertility problem. This allows you to learn more and educate yourself on the topic.

I always encourage women to take change of their health and be a active participant in their healing process through diet, exercise and mental relaxation.

Unfortunately all drugs pose some kind of side effects. When trying to get pregnant or dealing with infertility, a natural approach is always the best option.
