Is Sinarest Or Otrivin Nasal Spray Better For Blocked Nose?

which one is better for me as i have sinus issue in my nose ,my Nose is blocked and i am getting buzzing sound in my ear when i was taking little bit breathing . Medicines named as Sinarest (Tablet) and Otrivin ( Nose Spray) which one is better for me as my age is 24 only?

if your nose is blocked otrivin will relieve it. taking sinarest will decrease the congestion in the nose and can be taken if you also have fever.if you do not have fever you can take tab-montral or neomont 5 mg at night.it will work out.
