Is SGPT 52, Gamma Glutamyl Transferase 192, Triglycerides 180 And Urine Specific Gravity 1.043 Serious Problem?

I have sgpt 52, gamma glutamyltransferase 192. Triglycerides 180 and urn specific gravity 1.043 all showing as high in a recent blood/urine test. Am I in serious danger or can I wait a week or 2 to see a doctor? Also any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of your tests is as follows:
The SGPT is slightly raised. Gamma Gt levels are also raised.
Gamma GT is raised in cases of obstruction of the external biliary tract.
SGPT is raised in damage to liver cells however, the SGPT level should be assessed along with SGOT levels.
Complete liver function tests should also be done.

Triglyceride level is increased. Triglyceride level should be less than 150 mg/dl. The complete lipid profile should be done. If the level of other lipids are also raised, you need to consult your doctor for medication.

Kindly, post the complete urine report for proper interpretation.

Thanks and take care
