Is Rocephin Injection Given With Macrobid For UTI?

Diagnosed with UTI; given a Rocephin injection as well as a 7 day round of macrobid. While urination pain has ceased, I still have some localized crampiness or burning in my extreme lower abdomen. Is this infection clearing up or not? Also, when is it safe for my husband and I to have sex again?

Hi thanks for contacting HCM...

Noted here you have lower abdominal pain and given treatment for UTI .....

Investigate your case with USG of abdomen and urine routine microscopic examination...
It will help in rule out pelvic inflammatory disease like condition....

USG can also able to detect fibroid like condition if present....

If urine report normal and symptom free then Then sexual intercourse can be Done....

After sex clean the genital area .....

More water taken.....
Urinate immediately when feel urination...

Excess spicy food avoided.....
