Hi Dr, I started Qlaira two weeks ago and my main concern is pigmentation that I am currently treating after I took Diane 35. The reason my dr put me on qlaira was my irregular periods that were coming twice a month either first three days of the month and my period will come back same month for another three days prior to end of the month?
Hi Thanks for posting on HCM Having your menses twice in a month does not mean your cycle is abnormal. It is normal to have your period twice in a month if you have a cycle less than 30 days.If it starts on say the first day of the month, you may have it again before the month ends.We can say you have irregular periods when the number of days in cycles vary.In this case, your treatment will depend on the cause.Possible causes may include: Eating disorders, Excessive weight gain or weight loss, Stress or emotional problems, Hormonal problems, Over-exercising, PCOS.... In most cases, correction or with oral contraceptive pills yields good results.Qlaira is one of them.Just take as prescribed by your Doctor. Hope this will help Wish you good health
