General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Pseudoephedrine is not an antihistamine. It is an adrenergic drug. It has got action on the heart and has to be used with caution in cardiac patients.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
