Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Yes, prolia is very efficient in post menopausal osteoporosis.
2. Good to know, you do not have any side effects.
3. Continue and along with it increase vit D, calcium and proteins in diet or through supplements. Mild resistance exercises will be very useful in bone building.
