Is Progesterone Gestron The Right Medicine For Abortion?
Hi. i am 6 weeks pregnant now.. i had miscarriage in the past 6 months ... my ob-gyne prescribed me to insert Progesteron Gestron 200mg Soft Gelatin Capsule in my Vagina twice a day for 15 days..... but i am confused because i read in contradictions that says it should not be used in women who are suspected or known pregnancy....i am confused if it is safe to be used... help me :)_

Just the opposite is true. Gestron is progesteron which is required in embryo implantation and may be used in pregnancy maintenance and prevention of abortion so you should just follow doctors recommendations and dont worry. These info on drug box will just confuse you, but your doctor knows he best and why is such medication indicated.
