dear mam. kindly meet the gynaecologist. treatment of pcos is OCPs for 24 days and 4 days gap till u bleed. kindly meet the gymaecologist n OCPs I'll be prescribed for 6 months minimum. later u can watch. one imp thing u need to do is diet restrictions n reduce your weight. three imp things needs to be regulated in pcos are diet, exercise and medications. also get your sugar levels checked. as the gynaecologist to prescribe metformin, which I'll help u in pcos and also in weight reduction. thank u
