Is Primolut N Advisable For Termination Of Pregnancy?

I saw my period last on December I did a test that cconfirmed that am pregnant. My friend asked me to use cytotec last week , since then i have been hot inside so I decided to do another pregnancy test and am still pregnant . Should I take primolute N

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have got pregnant and you want abortion for that, well i don't recommend abortions. Primolut N is advisable, it will prevent pregnancy only before ovulation and not after ovulation. However taking an emergency contraceptive pill would make help in preventing pregnancy by prevention of implantation of fertilized egg on uterus. You should take proper preventive methods and you should get ultrasound done to check whether its intrauterine pregnancy or ectopic. Now i would suggest you to take Unwanted kit which is used for the medical method of abortion as this contains the tablets mifepristone and misoprostol which is an effective method of abortion for pregnancies less than 7 weeks gestation. If you are not prepared you should take proper precautions and proper preventive methods to avoid it. Otherwise, you may have complications like uncontrolled bleeding or incomplete abortion. I would suggest you to do it under supervision of medical practitioner after getting transvaginal ultrasonography.
