Is Pregnacare Effective In Helping Get Pregnant?

Hi, I ve been trying for a baby for past one year. Last April I had a miscarriage at week 7. I usually ve regular periods, but before a month I had irregular periods which was late for about 10 days. Now I m on pregnacare conception pill for past 2 months. My periods is 2 days late. And I feel like my period is going to come up, heart beat is like higher sometimes and restlessness. Could you please advise on my pregnancy possibility?
