Hi doc, my name is med .I am 28 , weight 47 kg , and my hight is 1.76 , which is highly underweight and want to gain some weight . so , I did every thing to gain .it doesn t seems to work. so finaly think it is better to take practine ..is it healthy for me ?

Practin is Cyproheptadine which increases appetite and with increasing food one get weight gain.
There is no harm taking this medicine for some time.
Along with this medicine take high protien diet containing cerals, eggs, milk, cheese, pannier etc.
