Hello and welcome to HCM,

The interpretation of the blood report is as follows:
There is increase in number of lymphocytes and the lymphocytes show reactive change.
Reactive lymphocytes suggests chronic infection.
Viral infections commonly cause increase in numer of lymphocytes and reactive change also.

There is decrease in number of platelets on the smear.
Platelet count is decreased in conditions wherein there is destruction of platelets or decreased production.
Viral infections are accompanied by decrease in number of platelets also.

The red blood cells are microcytic and hypochromic.
This suggests that red blood cells are small and have less chromia.
These kind of red blood cells are seen in iron deficiency states.

Consult your primary health providers with report for further management.
