Is Paracetamol Suggested For Gastritis Pain?

Hello! Can I take paracetamol for gastritis s pain right now? I ve got pain just in the mouth of the stomach,under my brest! All the pain has start at 1 o clock, i ve vomit few times... But the pain doesnt go away! I ve take a gatro-protector pill ( from my gp) and one gaviscon at 1:20 ! Thank u for ur help!

You can still take your gaviscon after 6 hours. Try taking warm water and apply warm compress on the area with pain. Do not take anything acidic, spicy food or any caffeinated/carbonated drinks. Small frequent meals only. Stop smoking or drinking alcoholic beverages until you are cleated by your doctor. When you lie down sleep in an elevated position.
