Hi this Ashish upadhyay from Bilaspur chattisgarh. Good morning doctors. I want to ask one question ?. My wife was eated chilli chicken yesterday night and after three four hour she was doing vomiting after every 1 hour interval .she vomited almost 4 times and she is pregnant of 8 and half month. The local Doctor suggest me to give pantop D 1 capsule a day. Is this safe to it.at this stage of pregnancy.. Pls do the needful..
Hello dear I understand your concerns Vomiting bis due due to spicy food that cause gastritis and acidity problem. Pregnancy itself cause vomiting. Pantop D is safe during pregnancy and very useful to stop vomiting. You can also take mucine gel before meal If problem persists then consult gynecologist and injection of domperidone can be use Take small frequent meal rather then large meal Avoid spicy/fatty/oily/non veg food Take more liquid diet, Banana, applesauce, yogurt and buttermilk Avoid stress, take proper rest Hope this may help you Best regards Dr. Sagar
