Hello dear
I understand your concerns
Vomiting bis due due to spicy food that cause gastritis and acidity problem.
Pregnancy itself cause vomiting.
Pantop D is safe during pregnancy and very useful to stop vomiting.
You can also take mucine gel before meal
If problem persists then consult gynecologist and injection of domperidone can be use
Take small frequent meal rather then large meal
Avoid spicy/fatty/oily/non veg food
Take more liquid diet, Banana, applesauce, yogurt and buttermilk
Avoid stress, take proper rest
Hope this may help you
Best regards
