Is Oxi-IR Drug Effective For Elevated Liver Enzymes?

I am currently taking Lyrica for extreme foot pain that has resulted from back surgery. I was taking Oxycondone but it elevated by liver enzymes. The nurse suggested Oxi-IR. Is this something I should take with Lyrica and will it affect by liver? Thank you.
