hello
Estrogen containg cream may be applied on face. You may get Bone dexa scan for osteoporotic status of bone ,serum calcium phosphorous and vitamin D levels done in view of fracture hip and early menopause.Depending on score in Dexa scan ,biophosphonates, calcium and vitamin D supplemts may be prescribed by a orthopedic surgeon
You may talk to a gynecologist for estrogen pills.According to my information estrogen does help build bone substance and prevent fractures if osteopenic bone are there making prone to fractures. There are other anabolic, androgenic drugs to restore bone texture also
Finally, estrogen therapy may also be helpful for face and bone issues
For ataxia a neurologist may guide you
Regards,
