Is OCD Caused By Masturbation?

Hi Dr I have been doing masterbation from the age 14 years of my age and now my age is 25 years. Intiatially i use to do lot of time daily But now i am not doing it regularly. But now i have one problem which is said by neurologist that is OCD . By which i will be always slow in each and every thing due to repetative thoughts. Is this OCD is the cause due to this Masterbation?. I think OCD is also started some where at age of 16 years. But i have not tested with the doctor from there. Now due to lack of concentration in mind . And unavoidable thoughts in mind i refer to doctor so from which i came to know that I have OCD in the age of 24 Years.

Hi,

Welcome to HCM and thanks for your query.
There is no scientific relation between the two problems.
If there is difficulty in having a good sexual life, you need medical advice.
Otherwise, there is nothing to worry.
Regards
DR GS
