Is Norlut The Right Medicine For PCOD?
Hi doctor, Im 23 years old .69 kgs and 167 cms in height ,Unamarried.Im suffering with PCOD problem.Even after reducing my weight my periods dint get regular.i tried APCOD for three months.then for two months it was ok ,but again now problem started.Norlut tablet was given and i got my periods.So what should i do now?

Hi dear, its a good sign that periods has come its mainly because of Norlut. You can follow this under your gynaecologist observation
1) Continue Tab Norlut under observation
2) Check your blood sugar and lipid levels
3) Take plenty of green vegetables,fruits and fluids
4)Take fresh fruit juices
5) If you have problem like acne or hirsutism take Tab. Spironolactone
