Is Norethisterone Intake Safe In Pregnancy?

Hi I have been given 5mg of Norethisterone to take 3 times daily for 7 days to kick start my period.Until october last year my periods were regular, since then I have had 3.I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it was a negative result but I am showing signs of pregnancy.Will taking this tablet cause me to lose my baby if I do another test in a few days time and it is posotive?

I have gone through your question.
Norethisterone is used for birth control pill or to prevent pregnancy.
As it may change in uterine wall to prevent implantations. So should not be taken if you are planning to conceive or you are about to conceive. As it can affect outcome.
So norethisterone intake is not safe in pregnancy.
