Is Niacin Bound Chromium Same As Niacin?

hi i had hashimoto s disease it is under control. I am on levothyroxine 88mcg in the morning I wanted to know I am 53 years old and exercise but those peky rolls on my side and tummy and the thighs don t seem to be getting smaller. However, I wanted to know if I drink Niacin Bound Chromium is it the same as taking Niacin. these are 200 mcg pills will they make me feel the Niacin flush which I hate that s why I would not take it. Will I feel nervouse as when I took a b6 pill?

The active ingredient in niacin bound chromium is chromium alone.
However skin irritation is s side effect of chromium too.
