Is Morphine Advisable For Itchy Blisters On Fingers And Toes?

I get, periodically, small pinhead sized blisters on my fingers and toes that when popped ooze a clear liquid and itch like absolute crazy. I m talking about clusters of blisters on each finger, also my palms and qrists. Same on my toes. A clear or very slightly bloid-tinged discharge. Meanwhile the rest of my skin itches and is blotchy, but no blisters elsewhere. I take 15mg morphine E.R. twice daily and 15mg morphine I.R. twice daily.

Hello and thank you for your question.
This does not sound like a good use of Morphine. Morphine is a strong narcotic and is very addictive. I think you need to talk to your doctor about figuring out what is causing the blisters and trying to get you off the morphine
Regards
