Is Montair LC Advisable For Breathlessness And Have Gastritis?

Hello Doc, I am suffering from gastritis from last seven days. And taking following medicines: 1.) Pentacid-40-OD 2) Mantair LC-BD 3) Clonotril-BD But now i am feeling some breathing problem when i am not taking Mantair LC. You are requested to please advice that is Mantair LC twice a day is safe for me or their is any other option available. Thanks and Regards, Sourabh Sharma 29 Years Old.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of suffering from gastritis from last 7 days, taking Pantocid, Montair LC and Clonitril.
Montair is to be taken once a day and not in BD dosages. It may not be causing the gastritis part.
I would further advise you the following:
Upper GI endoscopy if not yet done to get a confirmed diagnosis.
Add on Antacid, probiotics.
