General & Family Physician 's  Response
Common causes of hair fall include androgenic androgenic alopecia, fungal infection, nutritional deficiency, alopecia areata, and cancer chemo/radiotherapy. Treatment depends upon the cause, but the most common cause in young male is androgenic alopecia. Advice
1.     Tugain solution 10% – 1 mL twice daily for 6 months
2.     Tablet PROHAIR 1 mg daily per oral for 6 months
3.     Revital capsule – 1 capsule daily for 2 months
4.     High protein and vitamin rich diet such as eggs, meat, vegetables, cheese etc.
5.     Avoid mental tension as anxiety/depression aggravates hair loss
6.     Hair wig is also an option for you
There is very little chance of gaining dense hair for you. Try with above treatment.

Thanks
