Hello dear Understand your concern Yes Mifegest and Cytolog a is safe way to terminate pregnancy if it is taken under the guidance and directives of gynecologist. Before using tablet you have to confirm the intrauterine pregnancy of less than 63 days by USG. Mifepriston should be followed by 400 misoprostol vaginally by gynecologist. Extra 400 ug should be given if required. Abortion process start wih in 40-50 minutes after using pills and last for 4-5 days. If you had following sign you should consult the doctor immediately: excessive bleeding ( 2 pads/hour for 2 consecutive hours), prolonged bleeding after 7 days, severe cramps, foul smells vaginal discharge.
