Hello dear user!
I have gone through your query and understood your concerns!
Thank you for sharing them on healthcaremagic.
No, she should not take all tablets in the same time because they have not the same effect. The first two, contain mifepristone, and the second two contain misoprostol. The first tablets make placenta separation from the uterine endometrium, and the second tablets make uterine contractions so that uterine contents get out. Take the pills exactly as your doctors has prescribed them and watch out if severe bleeding occurs after you take the pills. Sometimes they may give side effects so you should contact immediately the doctor if that happens.
I hope this answer was helpful to you!
