Is Methylprednisolon,Diprofos Withxysal Right Medicine For Allergic Dermatitis?

Hi, I have an infected allergic dermatitis.Started with a mosquito bite on my left leg,just above the ancle - mid november last year.Ten days ago I developed a rash on my arms,elbows and right lower leg.Finally started treatment: Methylprednisolon 16,78 mg amp.Scheme of treatment prescribed: 3 days - 3 amp. i.m. dayly,after that 5 days - 2 amp. i.m. dayly.after that Diprofos injection 7 mg/1ml - 1 weekly for 3 weeks.Also started Xyzal tablets 1 dayly + Diprogenta cream for the wound on left leg.Is this treatment correct

Hello,

Did your doctor say what the diagnosis was? From your description, it mat be Henoch Schonlein purpura. If so you need an antibiotic in addition to the steroids.
