Hello sir I m using melaglow skin lightening brightening cream on my dark spots becoz of pimples it s almost one year now n I have noticed the effects but sum people say that these type of creams contains steroids and that is not good for long time use so if I should stop using it or it does have any other side effects or not ......

Melaglow or any other creams are not recommended for long term use. It can cause long term complications like sensitization and allergic reaction after long term use.
