Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain first thing that I would like to tell you is that in case of you have a black complexion since birth and it has not occurred due to tanning or other causes then it can not be lightened..
In case if at the time of birth you were not so dark then you can start applying depigmentation creams like creams containing Kojic Acid, Glycolic acid and arbutin..
You can use facewash containing Salicylic acid and glycolic acid..
You can also apply Vitamin E and C containing creams..
Exfoliate your skin twice a week with a gentle scrub..
Always apply a sunscreen lotion when exposed to sun..
You can take Vitamin C supplements..
Drink plenty of water..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
