Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that your child has an Upper Respiratory Tract Infection also known as Common Cold and runny nose seems to be due to it..
She might be unable to sleep at night due to congestion and blocked nose..
Maxtra syrup contains Phenylephrine that is a decongestant and Chlorpheniramine that is an anti-allergic..
It is appropriate for cold and along with it you can put saline nasal drops in her nostrils and it will help in draining oglf mucoyscand ease in breathing by decongestion..
You can also give her Steam inhalation and use a humidifier in her room..
Give her plenty of warm fluids and water..
Sufficient rest is must for faster resolution..
For proper dosage and requirement consult a Paediatrician who can do a proper clinical evaluation and advise accordingly..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
