Is Laparoscopy And Then IUI Treatment Helpful To Conceive ?
I am married for 4 years now and i am trying to concieve since then..all the reports and scan have come normal..and now i am consulting a doctor who has suggested me to go through Laparoscopy and then IUI treatement will be given..pls suggest if this is right.

TUBAL PATENCY COULD BE tested by hysterosalpingogram or laparoscopy.
if your hormones and semen analysis is normal then you could proceed with ovulation induction with follicular monitoring and IUI for 4 cycles.
there is an entity called unexplained infertility where everything is normal and infertility is due to faliure of fusion of egg with sperm .
this is treated by ICSI -ivf METHOD.
