I have pcos and doctor prescribed me krimson 35. Does krimson 35 really treat and help me in pcos because i did not get my periods if I stops taking this medicine. Doctor told me to take it for 9 months but i am worried that do i get my periods naturally after completion of the 9 months course?
Hello dear Understand your concern Yes Krimson 35 is effective medicine for PCOD to regularize the period. It is the choice for PCOS as it regularize the period and also act as antiandrogen that maintain the fertility.
But remember, it should be taken for 6-8 months. Short course of krimson cause recurrence of PCOD symptoms and delayed period due to re bounce effect of androgen. Also take other advice for PCOS treatment: Metformin: for maintain glucose homeostasis and weight, induce ovulation Spironolactone and fulatamide: diuretic action and also induce ovulation Diet: take small frequent meal rather large meal Avoid fatty/spicy/salty foods and excessive sweets. Start regular exercise for 45-60 minutes in the morning. Redduction in 10-12 percent weight help in induction of ovulation and regularize the period Hope this may help you
