Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Both Kelnor and Zovia birth control pills contain Ethinyl Estradiol and Ethynodiol Dictate. So, you please check the dosage of your previous and present pills. If you are taking high dose now, better to shift to low dose. If dosage is also same, possibly your symptoms may subside soon. If you continue to feel same side effects, better to shift to your previous pills as you were comfortable with them, because though main contents are same sometimes inactive ingredients may differ from pill to pill and rarely have effect.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
