Is Ibugesic Plus Advisable For Painful Sciatica?

Hi, I am a 48 year old lady from India who is an RA patient. I seem to have incited my sciatica with some exercise. I have had 100 mg. of Aceclofenac ten hours back and it has not had any effect on the pain. Can I have an Ibugesic Plus now and will it help. Thank you.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I am sorry to hear about your pain and will try to help you. I think that you should take a strong analgesics such as tramadol 50 mg if the pain is not getting resolved by aceclofenac. Ibugesic would not be of much help.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
