Is Hydroxyzine Advisable For Hives While On Azithromycin?

I currently take 100mcg of synthroid for hypothyroidism. I also have chronic hives and occasionally take hydroxyzine. I recently went to the doctor and was prescribed a z pack (azithromycin) for an infection. Can I take a hydroxyzine for my hives?

There is no known interaction between hydroxizine and azithromycine, so Yes, you can take hydroxyzine for hives. Regarding Synthroid also there is no known interaction between these medications.
