Is HRT Treatment Advised During Perimenopause?

Hi doc I am 49 yrs old and going through my perimenopause I am putting on weight loosing my hair and getting vaginal dryness and not being able to reach an orgasams and all the things attached to perimenapause , I would like to go on to a HRT treatment
