3] It is advisable to have proper sex counselling , before going for multiple partner sex acts.

HPV can be transmitted sexually. But more practical in your case may be exaggeration of latent infection. When you were cured before four years, then also some virus remain in latent phase in your body, and when you undergo some stress or other aggravating condition, the disease flares up.

This can be confirmed only by having your partner tested. Before even venturing in that direction, it is important that you have a confirmation that what you are seeing now in you is actually HPV. Have you observed any anogenital warts? Do you have any symptoms in your throat, or eyes? Was any bipsy performed on any such warts that were observed?
On another note, are you noticing similar clinical symptoms as described above in your partner?
Clinical examination assisted by the use of a colposcope should be done before proceeding any further.
